31 DAYS OF COFFEE MUGS: Disney Store Frozen Coffee Mugs

Some are calling Disney’s Frozen movie the biggest Disney animated movie ever. It has reached this phenomenal level of success around the world in a number of ways.

Firstly, it is an award winning movie, receiving many honours that culminated in the Academy Awards for Best Animated Film and for Best Original Song for "Let It Go."

Secondly, the soundtrack has sold more than a million copies and spent five weeks on the top of the Billboard 200 album chart.  That's a record that has not been set by an animated movie since the Lion King in 1994.

Finally, it is a social media success story with the Let It Go video being viewed more than 121 million times on Youtube and going on to spawn many interpretations of the song.

It is obvious that we loved the movie Frozen and I know you do not need to the statistics to know that it is a movie that will become a Disney classic.

As we await the next movie, which I have seen simply called Frozen 2, we have to content ourselves with re-watching the movie a task that many of you have already done again and again.

We can also sip our coffee, tea and hot chocolate from one of these lovely Frozen-themed coffee mugs.  Therefore, I present these Frozen coffee mugs as the 30th entry in my 31 DAYS OF COFFEE MUGS.

As always when choosing a Disney mug, I find that the best examples come directly from the Disney Store or one of the Disney parks.

There are two official Disney sets that I love. They were sold individually though of course you can purchase two to create a set.

The first is the Disney Store set with Anna and Olaf, the snowman as shown at the top of this post. Drinking a steaming hot mug of hot chocolate in this mug would definitely help you thaw out. The second set, also from the Disney Store, shows Anna and Elsa and their very popular dresses.  The blue mug features Elsa; the pink one, Anna.
