31 DAYS OF COFFEE MUGS (2020): Classic Blue Color of the Year Mugs

Pantone Color Institute's color of the year for 2020 is Classic Blue. Classic blue, according to Pantone “instills calm, confidence and connection.” It is a solid and dependable blue, something that we need more than ever in 2020. Pantone calls the color number 19-4052. Due to differences between the images seen on my computer and the real item, please do not expect that the color on the mugs will be an exact match to Pantone's classic blue (as shown in the border on the image above) but do expect to find a lot of similar blue mugs.

CORNISHWARE MUG

Next up I'll share this handsome white and blue Cornishware mug, which can be found as a single or a as a set on eBay by clicking right here.  I like the vintage styling though this is a new mug, not a vintage one.

STARBUCKS MUGS

Starbucks has a bunch of interesting coffee mugs, new and used, that incorporate classic blue into them like the fun mosaic blue mug from 2008, the two-tone scaled mug from 2017 and the handsome mermaid-tailed one from 2020. PIER 1 MEDITERRANEAN MUG

If you enjoy patterns, you might choose Pier 1's Mediterranean pattern, which is pretty with all the patterns and designs and the bold, classic blue handle. You will find it here on eBay.

ROYAL NORFOLK MUG

Royal Norfolk's square bottomed, two toned glossy mug is a handsome choice. It is discontinued but available currently in my eBay shop by clicking here.

EMMA BRIDGEWATER MUG

Emma Bridgewater has a host of mugs available with classic blue on them, like the ever-popular love themed mug and the bird themed one shown here. See what an eBay search for Emma Bridgewater blue mugs turns up by clicking here.

SNOW WHITE MUG

Finally, I'll throw in this fun Disney mug. It is stunning with a glossy opalescent finish and a color that matches Pantone's classic blue color very well. It is a truly a handsome choice for someone who loves Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. It is not widely available but I do have one in my eBay store right now. Click here to find it.
